1. It's not just a whim, you've thought about it sufficiently and discussed it adequately with your partner (for couples) and they are equally on board.
2. You are actively looking to do this or have done so already.
3. You currently have the time or willing to dedicate the time to actually do it.
4. You know exactly what you're looking for and are on the same page with your partner about what you both want and will be comfortable with.
5. You can communicate clearly about what you're seeking and be straightforward about it.
